Chris Easter and Nicole Sternes on the Susana Gibb Show

Nicole Sternes and Chris Easter are the owners of Southside Steaks & Cakes in Dallas. Southside Steaks & Cakes is a terrific Restaurant in South Dallas. Because they have the best cheese steaks and desserts, they were invited to the Texas State Fair in 2021.

In this episode, Chris and Nicole talk about how they started their business and what their experience was like being at the State Fair and how winning the Best Sweet Category changed their business.
